My passion for Romania was sparked in 2013 during my first short-term trip. This trip was when I experienced firsthand the organization I will be partnering with during my time in Romania. My heart was captured by the brokenness I saw. Little did I know, that just a few years later God would call me to invest in those communities for more than just a couple of weeks out of the year. Over the past few years, God has planted a deep passion in my heart to serve this population.

My role is to bring education, love, and discipleship to the children of Bread of Life. I will be using my education and counseling background to work with the youth in the Youth Transition Program in Bucharest, Romania. I am excited to use the gifts God has given me to bless others. I always knew God had called me to serve others but through recent years had wondered how He would use my background. I am so excited about beginning this journey, and humbled by the opportunity to pour into the children and families of Romania.

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer”

Choosing Celebration is a blog designed to share updates about what God is doing in Romania. I am daily seeking God’s plan, and striving to follow where he leads me. I have had the opportunity to work in missions for five years, and in these opportunities God has planted a dream in my heart. My mission is to show others Christ through service, love, and encouragement. Thank you for stopping by and please feel free to contact me with any questions.
